Inside the app

Four tabs. Everything you need to know, at a glance.

No clutter, no clinical jargon — just a clear picture of today, what's coming up, and what's running low.

MedMe Today tab showing today's medications

The whole day, in order.

The main screen shows every medication to be given today, laid out in the order it is due. Mark it done with one tap and it's ticked off automatically — no separate diary to keep.

  • See every medication due today at a glance
  • Easily check which dose is due next
  • One tap to mark a dose as taken
  • The time a dose is taken will be recorded, to help you keep track
  • Gentle reminders or alarms if a dose is overdue
MedMe Medications tab showing stock levels

Every medication, with stock that updates itself.

List all your medications or vitamins for you, your family and even your animals. Set up notifications and alarms when doses are due. Let MedMe help you keep track of stock. When the supply gets low, it will let you know when it is time to restock.

  • Set up notifications or alarms when doses are due
  • Add medications for your kids or even your animals
  • Stock count automatically updates when each dose is taken
  • Low-stock alerts so you never run out
MedMe Scripts tab showing preferred pharmacy

Electronic scripts, stored and ready to fill.

Keep the electronic scripts for your whole family all in one place. You no longer have to worry about scrolling through your texts, looking for the last electronic script link from your Doctor.

  • Easily store scripts in one place
  • Photograph a hardcopy script for your own backup record
  • Receive reminders to restock when you are passing by your preferred pharmacy or vet clinic
  • Easily dial your preferred pharmacy or vet clinic to order new medication
MedMe History tab showing medication log

A clear record, whenever you need to look back.

Sometimes it can be hard to remember if you have taken your medication or not, especially for something you take every day. It can become like second nature to take a dose and is easy to forget that it was taken. Well you no longer need a weekly pill packet to keep track, MedMe keeps track of the time and date you take each dose.

  • Full timeline of doses taken
  • Easy record to show your Doctor
  • Peace of mind that no doses were missed
  • Easily share your history with a carer or family member
10% of subscription profit will be DONATED to an animal rescue shelter in Australia (currently supporting Animal Rescue Whitsunday).
How is MedMe different from other apps

Caring for someone's medication shouldn't feel like a second job.

Are you always worrying about a family member keeping on track of their doses? Perhaps your parents are getting a little bit more forgetful lately, or your partner keeps forgetting to give your dog their meds?

Sticky notes get lost, pill organisers run out without warning and remembering whether you gave the kids their medications this morning, shouldn't rest entirely on memory.

01

Create a family account

You can share your MedMe account with your partner, so they can help tick off doses that they give or take. Your kids can even tick off their own doses, to give you peace of mind. Or you can even sign up your parents to help them keep track of their medication and you can be notified if they miss a dose. They can even share their account with a carer.

02

Never miss a dose

Busy mornings and long days make it easy to lose track of who's taken what. Set up notifications and alarms, so you never miss a dose.

03

Never run out of medication

MedMe helps keep track of how many tablets you have left, letting you know when your supply is running low. When your tablets are running low and you are passing by your preferred pharmacy or vet clinic, MedMe will remind you that you need to restock.

04

Store electronic scripts

Keep all your family's scripts in one place.

05

10% of subscription profit will be donated to an animal rescue shelter in Australia (currently supporting Animal Rescue Whitsunday).

06

14 day free trial

MedMe offers all users a 14 day free trial and you can cancel at anytime.

From our founder

Meet the developer

KiKi with her boxer dogs Oscar and Delilah

Hi, I'm KiKi

Founder of MedMe

I'm a 30 year old Aussie girl training to become a vet nurse, and in June 2026 I started my own little company, O&D Co. Pty Ltd — named after my two boxer dogs, Oscar (on the right) and Delilah (on the left).

Keeping track of my own medication was hard enough, but with my two old boxers also on multiple medications each day, it was hard to keep track. I needed an app to help me keep track of all our doses, all in the one place. When I couldn't find an app that did it the way I needed, I decided to build it myself.

Unfortunately in the final stages of publishing MedMe, my beautiful girl Delilah passed away. She was 10 years old and the light of my life. In her memory, 10% of all subscription profits will be donated to my local animal rescue shelter.

I truly hope this app can help you and your family stay on top of your medications, and take one less worry off your plate.

All the best,
KiKi

Privacy Policy

MedMe is developed by O&D Co. Pty Ltd trading as MedMe. This policy explains what information MedMe collects, how it's used, and your choices.

1. Data Stored On Your Device

By default, all information you enter — medication names, dosages, schedules, people/animal profiles, script photos and links, and medication history — is stored locally on your device. If you do not use the Sharing feature, this data is never transmitted to us or anyone else.

2. Data Sent to Our Servers (Sharing Feature)

If you choose to use Full Access or View-Only sharing to connect with a partner, family member, or carer, the relevant medication data (names, dosages, schedules, and tick-off history) is synced via Firebase, a cloud service provided by Google, so it can appear on the other person's device in real time. This data is stored on Firebase servers (hosted in Singapore) for as long as the shared connection remains active. We do not access, read, or use this data ourselves, and it is not sold or shared with advertisers.

3. Location & Address Data

If you search for a pharmacy, vet clinic, or doctor, or enter an address, MedMe uses the Google Places API to provide autocomplete and nearby search results. This sends your search query and approximate location to Google for the purpose of returning results. See Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles this data.

4. Notifications

Medication reminders use your device's local notification system. You can choose whether notification content shows the medication name or is hidden. Notification content is not transmitted externally.

5. Security

App access can be protected with a PIN and security question, stored only on your device.

6. Data Deletion

Local data on your device (medications, schedules, history, scripts, PIN, security question): Uninstall the MedMe app, or go to your device's Settings → Apps → MedMe → Storage → Clear Storage. This permanently deletes all locally stored data.

Shared data on our servers (if you used Full Access or View-Only sharing): Open MedMe, go to the Sharing screen, and select "End Sharing" or "Leave Shared Connection." This removes the synced data from our servers (Firebase, Singapore region) immediately.

Questions about deletion: Contact us at hello@medme-app.com and we will assist you.

7. Limitation of Liability for Missed Medications

MedMe is a reminder tool only. We are not responsible if you forget to take a medication, regardless of whether a reminder was set. We are not responsible if your device fails to deliver a notification or alarm for any reason, including but not limited to: device being on silent, do not disturb mode being enabled, low battery, software updates, app being closed, notifications being disabled (whether by you, your device, or your device's operating system), or any other device or system issue. It is your responsibility to ensure your device is set up to receive notifications and to take your medications as prescribed by your healthcare provider.

8. Accuracy of Saved Locations and Proximity Alerts

Features such as nearby pharmacy/vet clinic alerts depend on the accuracy of the address and location details you save in the app. MedMe is not responsible if an alert does not trigger, or triggers incorrectly, because the saved address, location, or coordinates for your pharmacy, vet clinic, or doctor are incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date and to verify your medication stock independently rather than relying solely on these alerts.

9. No Medical Responsibility

MedMe does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care. We are not responsible for any health outcomes, missed doses, incorrect dosing, adverse reactions, or medical complications that arise from your use of or reliance on this app.

10. Overdose and Emergency Situations

MedMe is a record-keeping and reminder tool only. It does not verify, calculate, check, or warn you about safe or unsafe medication amounts, drug interactions, or cumulative dosing. You are solely responsible for entering accurate dosage information and for ensuring that the amount, frequency, and combination of medications you record and take are correct and safe, in accordance with the advice of your prescribing doctor or pharmacist. MedMe is not responsible for any overdose, accidental double-dosing, incorrect dosage entry, or any resulting injury, hospitalisation, or death, whether caused by user error, a technical fault, a missed or duplicate reminder, or any other reason connected to use of the app.

If you believe you, or someone you care for, may have taken too much medication, you must contact emergency services (000 in Australia) or the Poisons Information Centre (13 11 26) immediately. Do not rely on MedMe in an emergency.

11. Children's Privacy

MedMe is not directed at children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this app.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time — please refer to our website for the most up-to-date version of MedMe's Privacy Policy: www.medme-app.com/#privacy.
